		<description>This is so true Rick!  I have found this attitude time and time again with Christians.  They have so much untapped potential, yet they feel it is wrong to spend time on self-improvement.  Somehow they feel that it is too much focus on "self".  I understand how they can think that way, but it is such a deception.  I wrote a blog several months back on healthy self-love that was similar to what you are discussing here.  Great article!
